3. We buy you your home: Once you qualify for our custom plan, BCRent2Buy negotiates the purchase of the home you have selected and we buy it for you!

4. Leasing (Rent to Buy): BCRent2Buy leases (rent-to-owns) the home to you for a term that is flexible to you.

5. Credit cleans up: We will help you to improve your credit and qualify for a mortgage.

6. You Buy the House: After 2-3 years you buy the home from us and the home will be 100% yours.
