The Process:

  1. Connecting: Realtor contacts BC Rent 2 Buy as their clients are unable to purchase their home through conventional financing.
  2. Selecting a home: Client works with their realtor (that’s you) to select a home of their choice.
  3. Purchasing: BC Rent 2 Buy purchases the home through the realtor enduring that they receive their standard commission.
  4. Leasing: BC Rent 2 Buy leases the home to the client for an agreed upon lease term.
  5. Tax Benefits: As they are leasing, our financial advisors and credit counselors will be showing them how to improve their finances. (Including showing them how to collect the $10,000 to $15,000 income tax benefits that most first time home buyers miss out on)
  6. Final Transfer: At the end of the lease term, the home is transferred to the client.

  4. Leasing: BC Rent 2 Buy leases the home to the client for an agreed upon lease term.
