BC Rent 2 Buy is a British Columbia based company located in Kamloops, B.C.

The company owner is Dave Dubeau.  Dave is a professional Real Estate Investor and has been an Entrepreneur since 1993.  After living in Costa Rica for 10 years, Dave and his family moved to Kamloops in 2003.  From 2003 - 05 Dave was a full time Real Estate investor.  In 2006 he began working with "Canadian Rich Dad" Darren Weeks - helping him to spread the word about financial independance and financial literacy to Canadians from coast to coast.

After watching Dave's successes in Real Estate, Dan Dubeau (Dave's older brother, and a professional financial planner for 23 years) became interested as well.

He studied what Dave had been doing to help people get into houses when the banks wouldn't give them a mortgage.  Dan took what he learned, applied his extensive financial planning and credit repair experience to it, and as taken the concept to a whole new level by creating this unique program!  Dan has been helping people in Nova Scotia buy their dream homes since 2008.

With his brother's experience and assistance, Dave Dubeau has brought this New Rent-to-Buy program to the Thompson-Okanagan!
